SUMMARY:
Private home is looking for a Housekeeper. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, proactive, and can execute instructions with a “can do” attitude.
SKILLS:
Experience in cleaning luxury homes.
Experience with washing, steaming, folding, and caring for luxury linens & delicate fabrics.
Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel, squat, crouch, bend and crawl. Ability to lift, push & pull required load (approx 30 lbs).
Experience installing and maintaining domestic electronics equipment
Experience hanging up and taking down objects on the wall, including gluing and nailing objects
TASKS:
Prepare basic food
Clean furniture & fixtures. Wash, dust, polish, vacuum, and sweep assigned areas.
Changing and making the bedding, adhere to time schedules.
Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
Clean sinks, tubs, showers and toilets according to prescribed sanitary standards.
Report any damages or concerns from the furniture, carpets, upholstery, floors, blinds, windows, curtains to Leadership.
Ensure all cleaning equipment & housekeeping tools are maintained and in good working order.
Exterior cleaning, patios, cabanas, balconies, windows, etc.
Hang up items in various home locations
Move items across home areas, including paperwork, delivery boxes, clothes, personal items, and furniture
Oversee vendors in assigned areas, with Leadership’s direction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in English is preferred.
5+ years of related experience working in a high-level private home or hotel in a similar role preferred.
References required from current and previous employers.
Must pass a background check.
COMPENSATION:
$25 - $40 per hour

Schedule:
Full time with negotiable exact hours for first few weeks, can move to part time afterwards
