2 small -1 bedroom units that are vacation rentals. takes 3-4 hrs to clean each unit and can be rented 2 or more days at a time. usual hours are 4-12 hrs a weekor 16-40 hrs a month. Cleaning scheduled as per occupancy up to 1 month prior.
All supplies and cleaning utensils are on premises. Job includes cleaning the units throughout and maintaining property for renters.
