We are an award-winning design-build landscape company, who have been in business for over 35 years. We have designed and built some of the most beautiful spaces for our clients to relax and enjoy for years to come. We are urgently looking for a long-term multiple Landscape technicians, site managers, and a foreman.
Laborers $20-$23/hr: We do not tolerate unorganized and undependable people! We are looking for long-term employees. If you have multiple No-Shows or unexcused absences, will result in your immediate termination. Although you don't need to be from the Landscape field, we do expect you to have a deep interest in Landscaping and will look to see how long do you normally stay at each of your previous employment. Again, we are looking for long-term employees. Manual labor including moving bark, rock, soil and digging, spreading of material, planting, basic irrigation installation and final clean-up type of work. Must be able to follow directions and complete tasks as shown by site manager.
Site Supervisors $25-$35/hr: Must have at least 4-6 years of managing a crew, 5 years of concrete, hardscapes, outdoor kitchens, firepits, fireplaces, walls, shade structures, masonry, irrigation and all other aspects of the landscape installation. Must have knowledge of unit of measurement, demonstrate job executions and lead the crew through daily tasks.
Foreman $35-$40/hr: The Landscape Construction Foreman will be responsible for managing a small crew and overseeing/completing daily project operations, and will report directly to the company owner and Operations Manager.
Must have at least 10 years of landscaping experience and have over 5 years of managing multiple crews. The Foreman is responsible for project scheduling, crew scheduling, onsite measurement calculation, ordering materials, clients relationship, manage the site supervisors, manage project timeline from start to finish, and crew performance evaluation.
Requirements:
Must be honest, energetic, reliable, able to lift 40 lbs. Understand English, have a positive attitude, Good DMV record for site supervisors and foreman positions.
