- Ensure all work meets AIP’s standards of precision, durability, and craftsmanship.

Jobsite Leadership

- Lead day-to-day onsite operations for remodel projects, ensuring workflow moves efficiently and safely.

- Direct and support carpenters, apprentices, and subcontractors; provide training and mentorship when needed.

- Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and maintain open communication with project managers.

Quality & Site Management

- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site that reflects AIP’s values and client expectations.

- Coordinate materials, tools, and jobsite setup to keep tasks on schedule.

- Conduct quality checks on work performed by team members to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Client & Team Communication

- Interact professionally with homeowners, maintaining trust and confidence throughout the project.

- Clearly communicate task priorities, timelines, and expectations to the crew.

- Uphold AIP’s commitment to respect, transparency, and collaborative problem-solving.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in residential carpentry, with strong skills in both rough and finish work.

- Proven ability to lead crews, delegate tasks, and maintain high standards under tight timelines.

- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, and jobsite safety.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.

- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

- Ability to reliably commute to job sites throughout Marin County.

- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive work, including lifting, carrying, and working on ladders or scaffolding.

- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

What We Offer

- Full-time employment with consistent schedule and long-term stability.

- Opportunity to work on high-end residential projects with a respected local builder.

- A supportive, values-driven culture where quality craftsmanship is celebrated.

- Growth opportunities within a company that invests in its team and promotes from within.

- The chance to contribute your leadership and talent to create exceptional homes.
