Looking for a facility manager to oversee a shopping plaza in Milpitas. Must have handyman skill set and live within 15 minutes of the plaza. Job duties include, but not limited to, maintenance and upkeep of the grounds; communicating with me, the property manager; familiar with hydrojetting/power washing; basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and landscaping; familiarity with various tools and equipment; ability to work independently; follow safety protocols.
