We’re looking for a kind, reliable Family Assistant to help our home run smoothly. We have two young kids and need support with laundry, errands, light meal prep, and organization. Great for someone who enjoys working with families and staying organized.
Location: San Francisco, Miraloma Park neighborhood
Employment Type: Part-time (10-15 hours/week - negotiable depending on the arrangement)
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $30-35/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Flexible, weekdays preferred
Requirements: Non-smoker, valid driver’s license, has own reliable transportation, ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities
Laundry
Wash, dry, fold, and put away kids’ laundry and household linens
Keep laundry areas tidy and stocked
Refresh towels weekly
Meal Prep
Help manage grocery inventory for kids' snacks and meals
Collaborate on grocery lists
Occasionally assist with adult meal prep
Keep kitchen clean and organized
Household Organization
Keep closets, pantry, toys, and common spaces tidy
Help with seasonal swaps (clothing, decor, gear)
Help pack/unpack for trips and kids' activities
Track and manage home supplies inventory
Errands
Drop off donations
Dry cleaning drop off
Occasional returns, post office runs, or pickups

Strong communicator who asks good questions
Calm, patient, and comfortable with kids and cats
Professional and discreet
Household or family assistant experience preferred
Pet-friendly (cats in home)
