About the Role: Join Bright as a Driver and play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and punctual delivery of our event rental products and Installation Team. You’ll operate various vehicles from our fleet and assist in setting up and striking event equipment.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate Bright’s vehicles in compliance with state laws and company policies
Complete delivery/pick-up routes on time and communicate with Dispatch about any issues
Load and unload vehicles with the Installation Team
Assist in event setup, including placing tables, chairs, lighting, and more
Perform vehicle inspections using fleet management software
Qualifications:
Valid state Driver’s License (CDL not required)
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Clean driving record and background check
Experience driving delivery vehicles preferred
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable using fleet management software
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Job Posting: Installation Team Member
About the Role: Join Bright as an Installation Team Member and be the backbone of our event setups. You’ll assist in loading, unloading, setting up, and striking event equipment. Transportation to and from job sites is provided.
Responsibilities:
Safely load and unload vehicles
Set up and strike event equipment (tables, chairs, lighting, etc.)
Travel to various job sites with the team
Assist Drivers with navigation and guidance
Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Follow safety guidelines
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Ability to work indoors and outdoors
Punctual and reliable

Forklift and pallet jack operation preferred
Your Contributions:
Assemble and palletize customer orders
Operate forklifts and other equipment
Load and unload trucks safely
Maintain organized storage
Record product amounts and ensure accurate delivery
Support cross-training in other departments
Physical Demands:
Open availability, including weekends and overtime
Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
Regularly lift/move objects 50-100 lbs.
Valid state driver’s license
Pass background check and drug test
Reports To: Loader Lead/Warehouse Supervisor/Manager
