We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team providing general maintenance, handyman, apartment turnover and other construction-related services.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in residential maintenance or related field is preferred but not required
Must be personable and be able to communicate and interact with residents and property owners
Must have own tools in safe and working order and be able to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Must be able to document work done and complete work orders
Must work well independently and with other team members
Basic knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 LBs and perform physical tasks (climbing, kneeling, etc.)
What you’ll be doing:
Perform general repairs in occupied and vacant units (e.g., patching drywall, replacing flooring, fixing doors, etc.)
Handle unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and appliance installations
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues (leaky faucets, clogged drains, running toilets)
Electrical work such as replacing outlets, light fixtures, switches, and basic wiring
Appliance maintenance and minor repairs
Address work orders in a timely and professional manner
Ensure all work complies with property standards and safety regulations
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
What we provide:
Hourly rates starting at $35.00 DOE
