Dahl-Beck Electric has provided Electric Motor Repairs to the San Francisco Bay Area for over 90 years. We are looking for Full-Time entry level candidates to assist in all aspects of the motor repair process. Your duties will include stripping coils from electric motors, cleaning, painting and preparing parts for reassembly, some small electric motor disassembly and reassembly as well as other industry and facility related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, is detail oriented with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, have good communication skills, be able to work unsupervised and also work well with others. Candidate must also be willing to work overtime when asked. For the right person this position is ideal as a launching point for advancement with additional job training, responsibility and increased pay. Pre-employment drug testing will be performed before employment begins and random drug and alcohol testing thereafter. Starting pay is $23.00/hour. Following our 90-day training/probation period you will be eligible for company health benefits, dental, vision, paid vacation, sick days, holidays, and the company offered 401K plan. We are located in North Richmond and your work hours will be M-F from 7:30AM to 4PM.
