West Sonoma County - Occidental area
Looking to fill two positions. One skilled and experienced, one trainee. May also have one part time position beginning at 11am or noon each day to assist completion of jobs as needed and assist with closing activities on Fridays.

- Tuck your effing undershirt in and look presentable every dang day.
- Have shoes tied, work pants have a freakin' belt, so not sagging.
- Show up on time. Start early, finish late, be extra helpful.
- Live drug free which includes marijuana and other drugs.
- Live drama free with no excuses, just being responsible.
- Show up with food and water, and your protective equipment.
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background.
- Oh, yeah, um, you-know, but, well, HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE
- BE INSURABLE ON OUR INSURANCE so you can drive a work vehicle.
- Be able to maintain a professional demeanor.
- Be able to hear your employer give instructions - well.
- Be able to see your employer pointing at things - well.
- Be able to put together the hearing and seeing to do things - well.
- Be able to look your employer in the eye and respond, "got it boss".
- Be able to complete things as instructed (correctly) and ask what's next.
- Be able to not tick off your coworkers with repeat BS and whiny excuses.
- Be able to contribute to a good team of people who will help you grow.
- Be able to work hard, stay safe, keep others safe, and make clients happy.
- Be able to lift, carry, shove, toss, push, pull, yank and load a crap-ton of stuff.
- Be able to recognize the low bar herein, as more will be expected than this.
- Be able to learn and have fun with really cool people doing really cool stuff.
Whiny excuse filled problem-plagued people with no discernible skills and a bad attitude will be paid minimum wage for a few hours before having their employment terminated. Those with better skills and a good attitude will make $20 per hour until skills assessment is complete. Calm, steady, responsible, and experienced workers who demonstrate restraint, judgement, discernment, an ability to manage risk, and who get along well with the work group will earn $25-$30 per hour depending on skills. Please, no full-coverage facial tattoos or extensive visible piercings.
