We are a locally owned Real Estate Investment Company. We are currently seeking a part-time (20 hours/week) Grounds Keeper to join our team! This position is perfect for college students or a retired person.
Within our Company we pride ourselves in being respectful to our staff members for their contributions and efforts and we strive to create long term employment situations. We are a high standards group that strive to keep our properties clean and orderly for our residents.
We are looking for positive and self-motivated people that take pride in what they do to keep our four apartment communities clean.
Daily tasks will require cleaning grounds and trash pickup from tree bushes and shrubs as well as pool area, cleaning and maintaining bathrooms and laundry rooms, occasional window cleaning and hosing and pressure washing sidewalks.
Wage: $18//hr
