Schedul/ shifts: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM (overtime available; event days may vary)
Job Description:
Chase Center is seeking friendly and reliable Guest Services team members to ensure a positive experience for all attendees. This is an exciting, fast-paced role perfect for those looking for event-based work with opportunities for overtime.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests as they arrive at the venue
Provide information on seating, concessions, restrooms, and accessibility
Help guests find their seats and resolve seating issues
Manage lost & found inquiries
Support crowd flow and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all attendees
Communicate effectively with team members and security to handle any issues
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Bilingual preferred
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
