We are looking for a maintenance worker to work On Call. We have a few small apartment buildings in San Francisco and we need a handyman to help out with repairs and maintenance. The job is part time, but can range anywhere from 1 - 30 hours a week. The job includes use of company truck when needed, cleaning, hauling, painting and purchasing materials and supplies when needed. Light plumbing and carpentry experience preferred. Salary starting at $25 per hour.
Applicant must have a California Drivers License and valid Social Security card. Must be a W2 employee.
