SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Problem-solving Skills
Cleaning
General Framing
Drywall
Paint Touchup
Door & Lock Repairs
Light Plumbing
Light Electrical
Light Carpentry
Light Mechanical
Appliance Installation
Tile Work (plus but not required)
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
General Tools
Some prior Experience
Communication Skills
Be able to lift 50 pounds
Have Car or Truck and Valid Drivers License
Perform Quality Work
POSITION INCLUDES:
$25-35/ hour depending on experience
Full Benefits (& vacation time)
Reimbursement for mileage & tolls
Training for the right candidate
