In need of a handyman/laborer that has some experience working with remodeling homes and performing maintenance duties. Must know how to read/write and speak English, have own transportation, and tools for the job. full time 40 hrs a week. Job will include but not limited to, general laborer/helper/handyman to work with another worker in doing basic repairs such as replacing faucets, broken sprinklers, painting, cleaning, move-out clean-ups, electrical wall switches and plugs etc.. all as needed. Be able to lift 60lbs when needed.
Knowledge with electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, taping, texturing, cement, tile work is all a plus.
