We are looking for an entry-level Technician with experience in grounds maintenance, painting, housekeeping, and light maintenance (plumbing, electrical, and carpentry).
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are currently looking for a Facilities and Custodial Technician for a community in the Oakland, CA area.This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm | Full Benefits
Pay Range: $24.00 - $25.00 / Hour

High School Diploma or GED equivalent strongly preferred
1+ years of custodial / maintenance experience preferred
1+ years of multi-family industry experience preferred
Demonstrated excellence in customer relations and interpersonal communications
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capability, and innovative thinking
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work on-call duty
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and multi-task effectively
Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
