We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Home Staging Installer / Team Lead to join our growing team!
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on home staging experience who can lead a crew, manage installations, and ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll oversee setup, direct the on-site team, and coordinate with the designer for final touches. You’ll also handle removals—carefully shrink-wrapping and padding furniture for safe transport back to the warehouse or to the next project.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of home staging & moving experience (required)
Proven leadership skills — able to manage and motivate a small team
Clean driving record and minimum 2 years of experience driving moving trucks
Strong understanding of furniture installation, placement, and logistics
Positive attitude, punctual, reliable, organized, and work efficiently under time pressure
Must have own transportation to and from the warehouse
Part-time or Full-Time, sometimes weekends
