Position Overview:
We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our esteemed team as a Landscape and Facilities Maintenance Technician. This pivotal role involves a diverse array of responsibilities, including daily landscape upkeep, facilities maintenance, logistical support, and the preservation of our art installations and landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily landscape maintenance tasks to ensure the grounds remain pristine and visually captivating.
- Execute site clean-up activities to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in new landscape plantings, adhering to approved design plans and specifications.
- Support facilities maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and equipment upkeep.
- Provide logistical support for on and off-site events and activities.
- Prioritize the care and preservation of art installations and delicate landscape features.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement enhancements in maintenance operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in landscaping or facilities maintenance preferred.
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, with a strong understanding of plant care and irrigation systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
- Physical resilience to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
