Key Responsibilities:
-Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs
-Provide expert advice and recommendations on vehicle maintenance and repairs
-Prepare and present detailed service estimates and explain necessary repairs
-Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up
What we are looking for:
-Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry
-Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
