Open Roles (Journeyman or Strong Apprentice)
Framing Carpenter (Rough/Structural)
Layout from plans (plates, walls, openings, stairs) using laser/levels
Stick framing, trusses, shear walls, blocking, nailing schedules
Hardware installation (Simpson), exterior sheathing, window/door setting
Drywall Hanger / Taper
Hang to spec, metal/plastic bead, backing, fire-rated assemblies
Tape/mud to Level 4/5 finish, skim, sand, match textures (orange peel, knockdown)
Patching and TI work with minimal rework
Professional Painter (Interior/Exterior)
Substrate prep (wash, scrape, sand, patch, caulk), masking to protect finishes
Brush/roll and airless/HVLP spray, back-roll, fine cut-in
Coatings knowledge (acrylics, alkyds, elastomerics, epoxies); PDCA standards
Flooring Installer
Subfloor prep (self-leveling, grinding), moisture testing
LVP/LVT, engineered hardwood, laminate, base/shoe install
Layout to avoid slivers, tight tolerances, finish transitions

Requirements
Proven, verifiable experience in the trade you’re applying for (4–5+ years preferred; strong 3rd/4th-year apprentices considered)
Can read plans, execute layout, and deliver work to spec with minimal supervision
Own tools of the trade, reliable transportation, and OSHA-minded safety habits (PPE required)
Professionalism, communication, and a quality-first mindset
Willing to travel within Northern CA as needed
Compensation & Terms
Hourly or 1099, depending on role and project
Overtime where applicable; per-diem/lodging for qualifying travel assignments
Pay reviewed based on output, quality, and leadership
