Landscape Construction Superintendent
Bay Area, CA – Full-Time
An established, family-owned landscape construction contractor specializing in large-scale commercial irrigation projects throughout the Bay Area is seeking a Landscape Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations and provide leadership and support to foremen and crew leads.
Position Summary:
The Superintendent plays a critical role in maintaining quality, efficiency, and communication across multiple job sites. This person will act as the key field liaison between project stakeholders—including owners, architects, and general contractors—and internal project managers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise and support landscape construction crews and foremen on active job sites
Attend field meetings with clients, architects, and general contractors
Facilitate communication between field operations and project management
Transport tools and equipment between job sites and the central yard (based in Gilroy)
Enforce company safety protocols and maintain job site standards
Represent the company professionally in all field interactions
Qualifications:
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license (must meet company driver policy)
Comfortable towing equipment and operating work trucks
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Ability to read landscape and irrigation plans strongly preferred (training available for the right candidate)

This role involves extensive driving; a company vehicle will be provided
