JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Gardener to join our team. This person will manage our special projects as well as assist our crews with our routine maintenance, filling in wherever needed. Special projects will include one time cleanups, irrigation repair and/or install, planting projects, meeting with clients and more. Our routine maintenance includes joining one of our 2 or 3 man crews to care for our weekly, bi-weekly or monthly maintenance clients.
A valid California’s drivers license and English speaking is required. You must be able to communicate with office staff and our clients.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
Perform grounds keeping duties such as mowing, edging, and weeding
Planting (must be able to kneel for long periods and lift 50 pounds)
Prune small trees and shrubs
Operate power tools and hand tools used for garden maintenance
Irrigation repairs and irrigation clock adjustments
Basic plant knowledge is preferred
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 7:00 - 3:30
