We are a woman-owned landscape contracting company based in the East Bay looking for a reliable, hard-working landscape laborer to join our crew on a part-time, contractor basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who works well outdoors, takes direction easily, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Details:
Position Type: Part-Time, Independent Contractor (1099)
Schedule: Flexible part-time hours, with potential for more work based on performance and project needs
Pay: Starts at $25/hr, with potential for higher rate based on skill and experience
What We’re Looking For:
Can follow instructions and take initiative
Works quickly and efficiently
Punctual and dependable
Strong communication skills
Experience in landscaping or construction is a plus but not required
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors
Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the East Bay
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Basic hand tools and gloves preferred
