Title: Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Crew Member, you must have the ability to work at swift and steady pace, work safe and smart, take direction and follow instructions. Individuals who adhere to company policies and goals, and are highly productive will have opportunities for greater responsibility and compensation. Candidates must be able to handle the physicality of our work: heavy lifting, extensive walking, weather conditions, etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-Be positive, motivated, reliable and punctual
-Legal status and accompanying documentation to work in the United States
-Valid CA Driver’s License and clean DMV record
-Reliable transportation
-No criminal record
-Pass a Drug Screen
-Able to lift at least 50 lb. of weight frequently throughout work day
-Able to work in various positions including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, and walking for long periods of the day
Hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, M-F.
