SALARY DEPENDS ON PROFICIENCY IN THE FOLLOWING JOB DUTIES.
GARDENER:
Experience with routine gardening practices. Mowing, edging, pruning, general yard cleanup, and use of all power tools.
CONSTRUCTION:
Layout, planning and installation of patios, decks, walls, etc
Stonework and Carpentry skills
Plant ID and knowledge of proper planting procedures
Reading plans
Running a small crew
IRRIGATION:
Calculate, layout and install new irrigation systems
Install and maintain most common irrigation controllers including weather/smart clocks
Troubleshoot and repair systems (valve repair, wiring, main line repair, leak detection),
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 2 years experience
Clean and current California Driver's License required
Proficient in Spanish and English preferred
