Active shop looking for experienced, self-driven Equipment/Truck Diesel Mechanic. Salary will be based on experience.
COMPENSATION
$40+ per hour based on experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of commercial truck maintenance preferred
Experience in electrical, hydraulic and diesel engines
Clean DMV – Willing to acquire a Class “A” License
Welding experience a plus
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Service all trucks and yard equipment
Diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs on International and Volvo trucks and trailers
Ability to complete preventative maintenance
90-day BIT Inspections
Able to stay current with reports
Locate and order parts and supplies as needed
