Seeking a motivated individual to look after a couple of apartment buildings. Job requires cleaning/janitorial and doing small handyman work. Looking for somebody reliable with a good work ethic.
Must live on site in a studio apartment in downtown San Francisco
Must have a valid driver's license
Must speak English
Responsibilities:
1. Clean common areas of properties
2. Maintain garbage and sanitize garbage/recycling bins after pick up
3. Respond to maintenance requests. Do some basic repairs where you can and communicate with company management to coordinate repairs if can not do them yourself.
4. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
5. Show vacant units
6. Communicate in a courteous manner with existing and prospective tenants
7. Must be willing to attend to emergencies as they occur in a timely manner and on call
