I have purchased a new house and will be moving from Alameda to Oakland. I’m looking for someone to help with the day-to-day tasks/project management of the move and sell of my current house, projects for the new house, and the like.
Examples of requests are: Contacting/securing vendors (movers, designers, handyman, etc), packing/unpacking/organizing, shopping/amazon, furniture assembly. I will have a running list of tasks/projects and just need them executed by someone responsible, knowledgable, and dependable. Some projects will be small (i.e. setup all smart lights, organize bathroom), and I'm planning on a couple larger projects for the new house (kitchen remodel, closet outfitting, etc).
That will be a good chunk of the next few months, but also looking for ongoing help with general day-to-day or week-to-week help with regular life (laundry, dog walking, trash, packages, shopping, etc).
