We are a private ranch and vineyard, and are looking for a hardworking and reliable worker to assist in all landscaping and maintenance duties on the property.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
General landscaping duties:
-weed eating, fire mitigation, tree-work, irrigation repair, leaf removal, and general pick-up
Building Maintenance:
-general repairs of gutters, siding, light construction work
-general clean-up of property including washing windows and hauling debris
Starting schedule is Mon-Wed (option for more hours after probationary period)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Be on time and reliable
Work well alone and with others
Ability to think logically and problem solve
Able to frequently lift 40lbs
Must possess a valid California driver’s license and have a satisfactory driving record as well as reliable transportation
Knowledge of proper care and use of power tools and machinery
