We are currently seeking a full time Maintenance Coordinator. The person in this position will be responsible for all maintenance aspects of our portfolio and will coordinate their team of vendors, contractors, as well as our in-house full-time Maintenance Staff.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations
Responsible for the supervision of apartment turnovers, inspections, communication with management office on schedules, meetings, and projects.
Supervise and designate daily and weekly routines.
Requirements Include:
CA Driver's License, and a working and reliable vehicle with auto insurance.
Spanish speaking a plus, but not required
Strong customer service/resident relation skills, friendly, calm and helpful, even with difficult people.
Must have PC experience.

Compensation, Bonus Benefits & Hours:
Initial Compensation ranges between $45K to $50K, depending on your experience. Future compensation depends on your value, loyalty and commitment to the company. This is a long-term career position with opportunities and challenges.

The hours for this position are Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Weekend and early evening work is sometimes necessary. In addition, you will be expected to share back up on-call responsibilities with our property manager.
