Maintenance Specialist Needed

We are currently seeking a dynamic Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Metropolitan Education District.
Sample Job Responsibilities:
Perform skilled maintenance and repair of District buildings, facilities and equipment in a wide variety of trades
Installs, repairs and makes adjustments to plumbing fixtures and equipment including pipes, washers and gaskets, faucets, floats, and valves;
Repairs, troubleshoots, adjusts and performs preventive maintenance on heating and air conditioning compressors, pumps, pump bearing assemblies, couplings, motor belts and other accessories
Operate a variety of specialized equipment, and hand and power tools related to work
Requirements:
Five (5) years’ experience in the construction and maintenance field
