Job Responsibilities:
Assist in painting, stucco application, and carpentry tasks on various construction sites.
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and patching.
Apply stucco and other finishing materials to surfaces as directed.
Perform basic carpentry duties such as framing, installing doors, windows, and trim.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of job site tools and equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from job sites.
Follow directions from supervisors and work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
Operate and maintain power tools and hand tools safely.
Assist in other general construction labor duties as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in painting, stucco, carpentry, and other general construction tasks.
Strong understanding of construction safety practices.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
