Our Property Management Company is currently looking for an experienced maintenance worker to join our team! We currently manage multiple local Hotels along with a multi-residential apartment and commercial buildings.
Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, hard working and VERY reliable. Ability to understand English is required. Must possess a clean driving record and insurance.
This job will be Full Time, days and hours to be discussed. Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
Skills preferred:
General maintenance aptitude in plumbing, electrical, painting, janitorial. Previous maintenance experience required.
Required:
Valid California Drivers license and clean driving record.
