Family Mobile Home Community in Morgan Hill is seeking a full-time maintenance person.
Looking for long-term employees willing to grow with our company.
Candidates are motivated, dependable, must be able to pass a background check, have a clean driving record, and have good credit. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Duties include repair and maintenance of common areas and grounds and some rental mobile homes, meter changeouts (certification provided), light plumbing, general repair work, etc.
Light construction is a plus! Compensation will be a reflection of experience.
After 4 months the employee will receive a $1000 bonus. (depending on work ethic)
