A local company is seeking a dependable, physically strong individual to service a set route of multi-family properties. You’ll be responsible for cleaning trash and recycling areas, removing bulk items like furniture and appliances, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Start at 4:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)
Full-time (8 hrs) and part-time (4 hrs) shifts available
Paid full shift, even if you finish early
$23/hour
Company vehicle provided—start and end day from home
Medical benefits available
Requirements:
Age 22+ with valid license held for 5+ years
Clean driving record, background check, and drug test required
Must lift 50+ lbs., jump 4-foot ledges, and work in all weather
Reliable, honest, and comfortable working alone
