We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Safety, HR, and Management to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Fleet management including assignment of vehicles, keeping a list of drivers, vehicle maintenance, registrations, acquisitions, disposition, etc.
-updating and maintaining an accurate inventory of IT equipment.
- Working with the safety team to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborating with the warehouse team to implement and manage an efficient inventory system for materials including contributing to efforts aimed at improving warehouse efficiency.
- Assisting with office, building, and parking lot repairs.
- Supporting the HVAC team in planning, procurement, and production processes to ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.
Qualifications:
- Must be mechanically inclined and capable of performing small repairs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This is a M-F 8-5 in office position. Not Remote.
