A Santa Cruz-based, customer-focused fitness and longevity nutrition company established in 1983 is seeking individuals for packaging, invoicing, and shipping orders. We welcome both entry-level (we will train) and experienced candidates for packaging/order fulfillment. We are looking for energetic, motivated, and quality-oriented self-starters interested in merit-based employment.
Responsibilities:
Operating and maintaining various hand-held packaging devices and equipment.
Filling, bottling, and labeling our products according to specifications and standards.
Performing quality checks and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the packaged products.
Keeping track of inventory and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
Following safety and hygiene protocols and complying with all regulations.
Filling out and maintaining manufacturing records as per standards.
Invoicing and shipping orders.
Successful Candidate Will Possess:
A high school diploma, equivalent, or higher.
Good dexterity, fast hands, and a sharp mind.
Previous experience in product packaging and order fulfillment.
Basic math and computer skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
A history of reliability; references required.

Hours:
Part-time to full-time. Daytime, Monday through Friday.
Starting Compensation:
Entry-level/experience dependent. Compensation includes performance bonuses and paid holidays (full-time).
