Oakland auto body shop looking for a EXPERIENCED PARTS PERSON.
Must have experience in the auto industry
Min. 2 years experience in a Parts Department
Required knowledge of CCC1: Parts platform and invoicing
Job consists of:
MIRROR MATCHING new parts to damaged parts to ensure correct fit.
Efficiently tracking part deliveries and back ordered parts.
Ordering parts via phone, online and email.
Handling the receiving and returning of parts.
Invoicing
Distribute parts to technicians.
Being ORGANIZED, PROACTIVE and MOTIVATED is a must.
You will work with both the front office and the techs as part of a team.
The ideal person takes initiative throughout the day and doesn’t wait on people telling them what to do.
Dependability and punctuality are a must.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
