We are a local Bay Area engineering company who uses large to small excavators and skid steers for our dirt moving projects which includes a lot of drainage and backfill work. We are seeking a motivated and organized Parts Runner to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
As a Parts Coordinator at Double O Engineering, Inc., you will be working in a fast-paced environment where time is of the essence, you are an essential part of keeping our jobs going. You are someone who already has experience and parts knowledge You will be responsible for efficiently managing and distributing parts, fuel and components to ensure seamless operations. This is a full time position, work location is on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and deliver parts and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Collect all field paperwork.
Process and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
