Plant Technician (Part-Time)
Location: San Francisco (Financial District)
Schedule: Saturdays, 1–2 hours weekly
Compensation: $125 per visit during 3-month probationary period
About the Role:
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Plant Technician to help maintain and care for potted interior and exterior plants only at client sites. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with plants, takes pride in keeping spaces green and healthy, and wants flexible weekend work.
Responsibilities:
-Water, prune, clean, and inspect plants for health and pests
-Replace or report any unhealthy plants
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace
-Communicate updates or issues to the project manager
Requirements:
-Must have your own vehicle or reliable access to public transportation
-Comfortable working independently and following a set route
-Able to lift and move light to moderate loads (soil, planters, etc.)
-Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
-Previous plant care or horticulture experience required.
Schedule:
-Saturday mornings only (1–2 hours)
-Potential for additional days as projects grow
Compensation:
$125 per day during the initial 3-month probationary period, with potential for rate review afterward
