compensation: Pay starts at $18-$20 plus mileage
We are looking for someone who can do a wide variety of things such as basic handyman work, unclogging toilets and sinks, replacing ceiling tiles, replacing toilets, sinks, faucets, door handles light bulbs, ect. We are looking for someone who can work alone and get the job done in a timely manner as well as work well with a team. Someone who can follow direction, has a good work ethic, attention to detail and a can do attitude. Must have your own truck or van as you will need to pickup materials and supplies sometimes. Licensed Plumber looking for someone who can do a wide variety of things such as

You need to know how to identify shut off valves, cleanouts, and control emergency situations. If you have no experience in commercial buildings, do not apply. If you have HVAC/R and Hydronics experience, as well, you will be our prime candidate and we will discuss pay rate.
