Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Porter professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform Residential, Building, and Grounds cleaning tasks
- Conduct floor care duties including buffing and maintaining floor surfaces
- Assist with residential painting projects, and minor maintenance as needed
- Support facilities maintenance by addressing minor maintenance tasks
- Ensure cleanliness of common areas and restrooms
- Handle custodial duties to uphold a clean and organized environment
3 + Years Experience
Skills:
- Experience in Multi Family Residential cleaning and unit turns
- Proficiency in floor care techniques such as buffing and maintenance
- Knowledge of Property Managements maintenance tasks
- Ability to perform custodial duties effectively
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in residential painting
- Familiarity with various porter responsibilities
