Job requirements:
3 years minimum of residential remodel construction
Clean/Current Drivers License with no DUIs
Drug free
Reliable transportation/Truck
Team player/problem solver
Responsible/reliable
Good communication skills (English speaking)
Self-motivated/attention to details
Physical ability to lift and carry minimum of 75 LBS
Have to tools to complete multiple trades and tasks.
Organized and courteous a must.
Some of the job skills were looking for:
Plumbing: Rough copper, galvanized water and gas supply, rough in drains/ through trim out, set fixtures.
Electrical: Trouble shooting/replacing sub panels/basic wiring/appliance installs.
Framing: Wall layout, windows, door, skylights.
Drywall: Hang/tape/top/texture.
Painting: Interior spray, roll walls/brush trims, cabinetry
Carpentry: Doors/windows/moldings/cabinets: build, modifications, refacing and installation.
