In this role, you would meet with families and individuals who need to make their home safe and accessible for seniors or individuals who are physically impaired and/or are recovering from medical procedures. Your recommendations may include installing grab bars, stair railings, walker steps, wheelchair ramps and stair lifts. Following an extensive training period, a day in the life of a Field Technician consists of performing 1 to 4 site visits within a 40-mile radius of our office, consulting and installing solutions for our clients.

Key elements of your new job:
In a full-time job, your work schedule would be 7:15 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. Monday – Friday.
Our pay range for you is $25 - $37 an hour Your placement in the range is based upon your experience, skill level and fit.
You would receive paid vacation, sick leave and holidays

Responsibilities and Requirements:
Home improvement / repair skills (e.g., plumbing, fixture installation, etc.)
Experience working independently in a field capacity
A big heart and kind, effective communications skills
Working with technology (iPads/tablets)
Capable of heavy lifting 50 – 75 lbs. required on occasion
Superior communication skills
BONUS (not required, although highly valued)
Stair lift installation experience
Finish carpentry experience
