Candidate Requirements:
MINIMUM of 10+ years of quality experience in general roofing
MINIMUM of 5 or more years of experience leading a roofing crew
EXCELLENT working knowledge of residential roofing procedures and safety
QUALITY communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE with Shingles, and PVC/TPO products. Metal roof and gutter knowledge is a plus
A valid state driver’s license (in good standing)
Able to work within a team environment
Able to work Saturday or Sunday if needed
Have reliable transportation
Bilingual
