Earth Runners is an outdoor sandal company that was established in 2012 based in Graton, seeking new key team members to join our team and help facilitate our next stage of evolution.

Sandal Manufacturing Duties:
Follows Standard Operating Procedures and Preventative Maintenance Schedules.
Laminating, Die Cutting, Drilling, and Sanding raw goods into sandal beds.
Cutting webbing, Assembling and Pressing hardware into laces.
Assembling and weaving sandal components into finished goods.
Able to lift 30 lbs, handle repetitive production, and comfortable with standing work stations.

Many valuable and applicable skills can be gained working at our direct-to-consumer e-commerce manufacturing and fulfillment operation.
Upper level job duties we are looking to fill with seasoned managerial staff (1+ year) include: inventory management and ordering, data system design and analytics, production process design and maintenance, general construction, property maintenance, product development collaboration, HR admin and vendor communications.
Full Time and Part Time positions available.
Full Time (32 Hours+):
Starting Wage: $21.00+ (commensurate with comprehensive experience in our upper level duties listed)
3 month: $22.50
Healthcare & retirement benefits
Part Time:
Starting Wage: $19.50
3 month: $21
