Successful family owned and operated company serving the Peninsula and South Bay for over 30 years is seeking a qualified Sealcoat Foreman. Candidate must have 2 years experience with sealcoating and must have a valid CA drivers license with a clean record (Class A a plus). Must also be able to tow and operate a seal machine.
All candidates must have the ability to communicate clearly in Englishboth written and verbal. Conversational Spanish skills are a plus. Applicant should posses excellent listening skills and detail orientation, be self motivated, solving skills and be safety oriented and be on time and on task.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 80 lbs from ground to waist.
