Pay: $23 an hour
Schedule: Full Time, Sunday through Thursday, early morning start
Like to work alone? Prefer being outside instead of stuck behind a desk? If you can handle physical work, start your day before sunrise, and like the idea of finishing early, this could be a great fit.
We’re looking for dependable Route Techs who take pride in keeping apartment communities clean and safe. You’ll run the same route each day, clean up trash and recycling areas, and haul away bulky items like couches and mattresses.
What You Get

What You Need
At least 22 years old
Valid Class C license for 5+ years
Clean driving and background record
Can pass a drug test
Can lift 50+ pounds, jump in and out of dumpsters, and work outdoors in all weather
Reliable, humble, and not afraid to get dirty
Can use WhatsApp and Evernote for daily check-ins and notes
The Work
Hit your assigned route each day
Keep trash and recycle areas clean and organized
Load up bulk items and furniture onto your truck
Break down debris and make sure each site is tidy before you go
This is a physical, get-your-hands-dirty kind of job — but it’s steady work, good pay, and a solid team.
