We’re looking for hard-working, dependable people to join our team at Crawl Space Clean and Insulation. Our work is physical and hands-on — cleaning crawl spaces and attics, installing insulation, rodent proofing, and helping homeowners improve their homes.
What You’ll Do:
Clean and prepare crawl spaces and attics
Install insulation and vapor barriers
Rodent proofing and sealing work
Use hand tools and basic power tools
Keep work vehicles and job sites clean and organized
Work safely and follow directions
What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable working in tight spaces (crawl spaces/attics)
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
Reliable, on time, and ready to work
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred but not required
Experience in construction, insulation, or pest control is a plus (not required — we train)
Pay & Benefits:
$22–$28/hr depending on experience
Overtime available
Year-round steady work

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
