Shift Lead, Moving & Junk Hauling - PART TIME (20 hours a week on average with potential for up to 40)
We are hiring a shift lead for our moving and junk hauling business located in Santa Rosa, CA. We are fully licensed and insured and serve the greater Northern California area with a wide variety of customers who need help moving their belongings, hauling away donations, trash, basic garage organizing, etc
We are a small and growing company with a large array of equipment including trucks, dumpsters, and local offices and warehouses. There is a big focus on having a can-do attitude and being a team player.
Job Duties Include:
Managing small team of movers / haulers
Interacting with customers
Lifting boxes / furniture of 50 lbs. or more
Loading trucks / dumpsters
Driving a variety of trucks throughout Northern California
Hooking up and removing trailers and dumpsters to company trucks
Shift Lead Requirements for New Hire:
Clean criminal record
Clean driving record
Valid driver’s license
Clean Drug Test
Punctual and ready to work
Moving / Hauling experience a plus
Base pay is $25.00 / hour, with an estimated 20 hours per week.
